Submission of your presentation
Please bring your presentation on a flash drive to Vienna and submit it at the media centre in the exhibition hall no later than 2 hours before your lecture.
You are welcome to submit your presentation one or more days in advance at the media centre. A staff member of Conventus will assist you in the submission process. You can give your presentation a final check on one of our laptops before submitting.

Please note: It is not allowed to use your own laptop for starting your presentation in order to avoid technical problems with the livestreaming of your lecture. You need to submit your presentation at the media centre.

For accreditation reasons, each speaker has to implement a slide with all conflict of interests as the first slide after the starting slide. Please use the template.
